Industrial Development
We have successfully completed projects for many of our clients that were on
a fast-track basis. We perform site assessment through design, and we work
with the client to make the project as efficient as possible. We take care
of the initial excavation and form and pour footers, foundations, slabs, and
walls. Since we self perform most of the work, many of the overlaps so often
found in projects are eliminated. We offer everything from time and
material, to lump sum and unit price contracts. We have worked with both
design-build and conventional contract type arrangements.
Formed & Structural Concrete
Because we work for a variety of customers, often we are asked to perform
formed and structural concrete. Experience in this work has enabled us to
provide a variety of different applications, including new building
construction, dams, spillways, pits, and new process facilities. Attention
to detail is the cornerstone of our success and we have successfully
completed pours as large as 3,000 cubic yards per day. We construct both
large and small projects varying in sizes from one day to one year long.
Specifications must be met in every facet, because structural concrete is
the foundation for a future building, structure, or machine.
